As a communication professional (ick, I hate the way that sounds) at a boutique PR firm, I specialize in the restaurant business. And the best part is — I’m bringing my knowledge to you! After spending a portion of my career in Chicago, now working in New York City, I’ve seen many great culinary campaigns…but I’ve also seen some flops.
